Welcome to the CheckRebates.com User Interface System

The CheckRebates.com site can now be accessed by end-users who have purchased products through Retail and would like to know their status of their personal submission in real time!

Click on the "Contact Us" button on left margin and follow the instructions, you will be contacted within 24 hours or less with your pin number to allow access to your rebate status with our programs.

When submitting a rebate, the following must be included in the envelope of your personal submission:

  • Original UPC symbol cut from product packaging.

  • The UPC code (Bar Code) can be found on the outside of the box.

  • Sales Receipt (copy or original) from place of purchase.

  • Rebate form filled out completely. Please note: No P.O. Boxs will be accepted!

  • A minimum of 8-10 weeks must be allowed for delivery of Rebate Checks.

  • Please keep copy of all Rebate information for personal records.

  • Limit one Rebate Check per Individual, Receipt, Household, Family or Address on each product. In most cases, companies, organizations, and groups will not be accepted.

  • Manufacturer is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Good reason to retain copies and include email address for tracking.
